InstaDate maintains a zero-tolerance policy for sexual exploitation, illegal sexual conduct, and commercial sexual activity.

Any violation may result in:

• Immediate account termination without refund;
• Permanent device, IP, or identity bans;
• Removal of content;
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities;
• Cooperation with investigations;
• Civil or criminal legal action.

Users are solely responsible for any content they share or interactions they engage in.

Users may not post, upload, transmit, distribute, or share any content that InstaDate determines to be:

• Sexually explicit
• Pornographic
• Obscene
• Exploitative
• Violent
• Threatening
• Harassing
• Defamatory
• Fraudulent
• Hateful
• Discriminatory
• Illegal
• Misleading
• Graphic
• Offensive
• Harmful to minors.

InstaDate reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to remove content or terminate accounts for any content deemed inappropriate, offensive, unsafe, or harmful to the platform or its users, whether or not the conduct violates law.

Users acknowledge that content moderation decisions are final and may be made automatically, manually, or through third-party moderation tools.

InstaDate does not control or guarantee the behavior, identity, intentions, legality, morality, or actions of users.

InstaDate shall not be liable for:

• User-generated content
• Offensive or explicit communications
• Fraudulent users
• Harassment
• Assault
• Misconduct
• Emotional harm
• Financial scams
• Criminal behavior
• Sexual misconduct
• Human trafficking
• Identity fraud
• Extortion
• Blackmail
• Revenge content
• Any interactions occurring on or off the platform.

Users assume all risks associated with communications and meetings with others.

InstaDate reserves the right, but not the obligation, to:

• Monitor messages, profiles, photos, and activity;
• Use automated systems, AI moderation, or third-party tools to detect prohibited conduct;
• Remove content without notice;
• Restrict features;
• Shadow-ban accounts;
• Preserve evidence;
• Report suspected illegal conduct to authorities;
• Cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, and courts.

Users understand and agree that InstaDate may take enforcement actions at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

InstaDate has a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Sexual exploitation
• Child exploitation
• Human trafficking
• Prostitution or escort services
• Non-consensual sexual content
• Revenge pornography
• Harassment or stalking
• Threats or violence
• Fraud or scams
• Hate speech
• Illegal activity.

Accounts associated with prohibited conduct may be permanently banned and reported to applicable authorities.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse others;
• Share false, misleading, or deceptive information;
• Upload illegal, violent, hateful, pornographic, or exploitative content;
• Impersonate another person or entity;
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation, advertising, or spam;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
• Use bots, scraping tools, automation, or reverse engineering;
• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Share private or confidential information without consent;
• Engage in fraud, scams, catfishing, or financial solicitation.

InstaDate reserves the right to investigate and remove any content or account at its sole discretion.

You retain ownership of content you upload, including photos, videos, messages, usernames, and profile information ("User Content").

By posting User Content on InstaDate, you grant InstaDate a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to:

• Host
• Store
• Use
• Reproduce
• Modify
• Display
• Distribute
• Create derivative works
• Promote and market the Service.

This license continues for a commercially reasonable period after your content is removed from the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the rights to your User Content;
• Your content does not violate laws or third-party rights;
• Your content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or publicity rights.

InstaDate may remove content without notice.

By using InstaDate, you consent to receive:

• Service notifications
• Push notifications
• Emails
• Security alerts
• Promotional communications.

You may opt out of certain communications where permitted by law.

You acknowledge that messages sent through the Service may not always be secure or private.

InstaDate may offer premium features, subscriptions, digital products, or in-app purchases.

• All purchases are final except where required by law.
• You authorize the applicable app store or payment provider to charge your payment method.
• Subscription services may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Pricing may change at any time.
• InstaDate is not responsible for payment processing errors caused by third-party providers.

You may not:

InstaDate does not guarantee that all reports will be reviewed or acted upon.

Your use of the Service is also governed by the InstaDate Privacy Policy.

By using InstaDate, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and sharing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, advertisements, or services.

InstaDate does not control and is not responsible for:

• Third-party content
• Third-party policies
• Third-party security practices
• Transactions with third parties.

Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSTADATE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY
• SECURITY
• RELIABILITY
• AVAILABILITY.

INSTADATE DOES NOT GUARANTEE:

• MATCHES
• RELATIONSHIPS
• COMPATIBILITY
• USER BEHAVIOR
• CONTINUOUS OPERATION
• ERROR-FREE SERVICE
• SECURITY OF COMMUNICATIONS.

YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSTADATE, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND INVESTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

In no event shall InstaDate's aggregate liability exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00) or the amount you paid InstaDate in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
